Welcome to our premium metal canvas printing service. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing high-quality, customized artwork and ensuring a professional customer experience throughout the process.

Each artwork is made to order based on your submitted image, size, and finish selections. Please carefully read our terms to understand the scope of our service, return policy, usage rights, and production expectations.

• All orders are custom-made and produced only after full payment is received.
• We require high-resolution files for optimal printing quality.
• We do not accept copyrighted or offensive content without written usage rights.
• Estimated production time is 7–10 business days, not including shipping.
• We offer limited returns for manufacturing defects only (see below).

Due to the unique nature of metal canvas printing, slight variations in color or texture may occur. These are natural characteristics of the printing medium and are not considered defects.

In case of visible damage upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 3 business days with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to replace or repair the product at our discretion. Due to the customization, refunds are not available once production has begun.
